BankMoments is an application provided by 35sites.com LLC. We help event hosts collect the photos and videos their guests capture, all in one place. These terms explain how the service works and how we handle event information.
By purchasing or using BankMoments, you agree to these terms.
1. How BankMoments works
A host creates an event and receives a unique QR code and link to share with guests. Guests can upload photos and videos from their devices without downloading an app or creating an account.
Anyone who has the guest link or QR code may be able to use the guest upload page. Hosts should share it thoughtfully.
2. Packages and pricing
BankMoments is a one-time purchase, with no recurring subscription charge.

3. Guest uploads, host access, and deletion
The event date is Day 0. The following calendar day is Day 1. BankMoments uses Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) for all access and deletion deadlines, regardless of the event location. Guest uploads close at 11:59 PM UTC on Day 7. Host viewing and downloads close at 11:59 PM UTC on Day 30, 60, or 90, depending on the package. Event content is scheduled for deletion on Day 37, 67, or 97, respectively.

All dates in this table are calculated from the scheduled event date using UTC. Midnight UTC may occur earlier in the day in your local time zone.
Please download your memories before host access ends. BankMoments is designed for event sharing, not permanent backup or archival storage. Once content has been deleted, it may not be recoverable.
4. Payments and refunds
Refunds are available when requested before the scheduled event date. Once the event date arrives, purchases are nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
For refund requests, contact BankMoments through the contact option on our website. Please include enough purchase or event information for us to identify your order.
5. Your photos and videos
Photos and videos remain the property of their respective owners. BankMoments and 35sites.com LLC do not claim ownership of your event memories.
When you upload content, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You allow us to store, process, and make it available through the event collection as needed to operate the service. We do not use private event photos or videos in advertising without separate permission.
6. Appropriate use and fair use
BankMoments is intended for sharing photos and videos from genuine events. Please do not upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, malicious, or unauthorized material, or anything that violates another person's rights or privacy.
We do not advertise a fixed storage allowance for each package. However, BankMoments is not intended for general-purpose file storage, automated bulk uploads, or unrelated excessive use. We may remove inappropriate material or restrict activity that threatens the service, security, or other users.
7. Privacy: information we handle
To provide BankMoments, we may process event and purchase details supplied by the host, photos and videos uploaded by guests, basic technical information used to run and secure the service, and payment-related transaction records.
We use this information to create and manage event collections, process purchases, provide support, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service. We do not sell event photos or videos to advertisers.
Payment processing and hosting may involve third-party service providers that handle information needed to perform those services. Payment providers have their own privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law.
8. Who can access event content
Guests use the shared event link or QR code to contribute photos and videos. Hosts can access their event collection and download submitted content during their access period. Hosts are responsible for deciding whom to share links with and how they use or distribute downloaded content.
9. Security and reliability
We take reasonable steps to protect event information and uploaded content, but no online service can promise perfect security or uninterrupted availability. Uploads may occasionally fail because of device, network, or service issues. Hosts and guests should keep their own copies of important memories.
